ARCHITECTURE

Engineered for the room
where failure isn't an option.

This page exists for the broadcast engineer who has to say yes. Short version: detection runs on your edge, nothing critical crosses the internet during air, and your data exports in open formats whenever you want it.

NETWORK

Boundaries you can diagram

Read-only feed taps, outbound-only sync, documented ports and bandwidth. The full network requirements one-pager is available below for your firewall review.

DATA

Yours, in writing

Media, transcripts, logs, and classifications are customer-owned. Export in open formats on demand; deletion certified on termination; no cross-customer training without written opt-in.

RELIABILITY

Degrade silently, never block

Every live component is an assist layer. If Nucleus disappears mid-game, your broadcast runs exactly as it did before Nucleus existed. No mid-season breaking changes — ever.

IT & ENGINEERING FAQ

What does the edge unit need from our network?
Booth audio input, power, and an outbound-only connection for health telemetry and post-game sync. No inbound ports. Full spec in the network one-pager.
How are updates handled?
Staged, remote, and never during a game window. Versions freeze for the season unless you ask otherwise — the no-mid-season-breaking-changes rule is contractual, not aspirational.
SSO and access control?
SSO is available at the enterprise tier; all tiers support role-based access and full audit logging on exports.
What's your security compliance status?
Stated plainly on the trust page, including current SOC 2 status and dates — we publish where we are, not where we'd like you to assume we are.
